Power Synch, LLC is led by R. Scott Helm, Founder & CEO
Helm previously founded and is CEO of American PowerNet Management, LP
As previously reported, American PowerNet Management, LP and APN Starfirst, LP recently entered into a transaction to transfer 100% of their partnership interests to Axpo U.S. LLC and Axpo Retail U.S. LLC
Power Synch has been the brand under which American PowerNet has offered various renewable energy procurement and consulting, including wholesale supply, PPAs, and REC-matching, but the specific entity Power Synch, LLC which is registering as a New York broker was formed in October 2024 and has not previously been licensed as a retail energy broker, according to its New York registration
Power Synch, LLC indicated that it is also seeking a Pennsylvania broker license
