Provision Power and Gas Receives Retail Supplier License In New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Provision Power and Gas, LLC an electric retail supplier license to serve residential and small commercial customers in all service areas
An application from Provision Power and Gas, LLC for a Pa. natural gas license was also addressed by the PUC at its meeting today, but consideration was done in an omnibus fashion, and thus the disposition of the application could not be confirmed absent a written order on the gas application and issuance of the gas license. As of publication time, the PUC has not issued a written order on the gas application
