EV Charging Solutions Provider To Register As Texas Retail Electric Provider

Graviti Power LLC has indicated that it will apply for an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate, limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service
Although any legal affiliation was not immediately clear, Graviti Power is essentially associated with Graviti Energy, which provides high-speed EV charging solutions across the entire lifecycle.
"We take on the responsibility of scoping, engineering, installing, commissioning, managing and maintaining high-speed EV charging stations. We optimize EV charging by seamlessly connecting utilities, businesses, charging stations, and drivers," Graviti Energy states

Graviti Power indicated that as an Option 2 REP it will focus on procuring and managing bulk electricity supply for commercial and industrial customers, with a specialized emphasis on electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure operators and other high-load commercial facilities, including:
• EV Charging Point Operators (CPOs)
• Hotels, Retail, and Hospitality facilities
• Gas stations and travel centers
• Commercial fleets and depots
• Industrial, Warehouse, and Light Manufacturing customers
Graviti Power indicated that it may expand to additional large-load customer segments as opportunities develop.
Graviti Power indicated that it does not plan to offer service outside of ERCOT
