Energy Marketer Acquires Trading & Optimization Platform

Spotlight Energy, LLC, which is engaged in various natural gas marketing including services for large end-users, announced that it has closed its acquisition of PathPoint Energy LLC, which is engaged in natural gas trading, logistics, and asset optimization across North America.
"The combination significantly expands Spotlight’s commercial platform and accelerates its growth in core U.S. and Canadian markets," Spotlight said
