Retail Supplier Names Market Vet As SVP, Finance; Reports Corporate Re-organization

ResCom Energy has appointed Kelly Bordelon as Senior
Vice President of Finance, replacing David Draper, Chief Financial Officer
Bordelon, with over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, previously held senior finance roles at Just Energy and Gexa, and served as CEO and CFO of a Texas retail provider
ResCom Energy LLC d/b/a NextVolt Energy also reported that it underwent a corporate reorganization which resulted in the addition of two new
upstream holding companies. ResCom Energy
is now a wholly owned subsidiary of NextVolt OpCo LLC, which, in turn, is wholly owned by
NextVolt Mezz Co LLC. The Power 1 Energy Company ("PIEC"), which was the previous direct
owner of ResCom Energy, is the whole and sole owner of NextVolt Mezz Co LLC.
"These changes
have no effect on ResCom Energy's customers, and all customer contracts remain in effect and
will continue to be serviced by ResCom Energy LLC d/b/a NextVolt Energy," ResCom said
