According to Texas Secretary of State records currently posted online, the assumed name Electricity Match, in Texas, is registered to J3 Web Holdings LLC, which also holds the registration to the assumed name ElectricityMatch.com
ElectricityMatch.com is a retail energy shopping platform
NextEra acquired multiple brokers in 2025, but it could not be immediately confirmed whether Power Wizard's filing to use the trade name Electricity Match is indicative of an acquisition of Electricity Match
As of the most recent Secretary of State annual report available online for J3 Web Holdings, the managing members of J3 Web Holdings include Jerry Dyess, John Tough, and James D Roland III.
