Texas PUC Approves Changes In REP's Trade Names

The Texas PUC granted Atlantic Energy Texas, LLC an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to add the trade names Flagship Power and JUICE to the certificate
As previously reported, Atlantic Energy in 2025 acquired customers served by the Flagship Power and JUICE brands, which at such time were brands of MI Texas REP 1. The customers were transferred to Atlantic Energy's AE Texas and Atlantex Power brands
The amendment to the Atlantic Energy Texas, LLC REP certificate also removed the trade names AE Texas Commercial and Atlantas Power from the REP certificate
