AEP Texas North Activates Catastrophic Estimation Process; TDUs Unexecuting DNPs

AEP Texas North activated its Catastrophic Estimation Process (CEP) on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 3:45 p.m. local time
CEP is used by AEP Texas during outage events to prevent estimating usage for premises during which a meter was without power.
Various other TDUs impacted by the weather are also unexecuting DNPs
Oncor will unexecute Disconnect for Non-payment (DNP) orders received through Tuesday, January 27, 2026 using the T022 - Force Majeure Event code
At LP&L, all DNP orders scheduled during January 23-25, 2026 will be unexecuted using the Force Majeure code
