Update On Texas TDUs' DNP Unexecution Status

As of publication time, Disconnect for Non-Pay status for Texas TDUs is as follows:

Oncor will unexecute Disconnect for Non-payment (DNP) orders received through Tuesday, January 27, 2026 using the T022 - Force Majeure Event code.

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric DNP orders remain suspended in all counties through noon Tuesday, January 27, 2026. DNP orders received during this suspension period will complete unexecute using the T022 - Force Majeure Event code

AEP Texas Central and AEP Texas North have implemented Force Majeure effective Saturday, January 24, 2026, through Tuesday, January 27, 2026. This is only impacting Disconnect for Non-payment (DNP) orders

AEP Texas North deactivated its Catastrophic Estimation Process (CEP) (for estimated meter readings) on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 00:00.

At Lubbock Power & Light, all DNP orders scheduled during the period January 23-27 will be unexecuted using the Force Majeure code (T022). Non-emergency service orders may be delayed until weather conditions improve and normal operations resume
