Chariot Energy Northeast, LLC on Jan. 28 made an updated filing with PUCO which included a revised org chart which did not list "SummerEnergy Midwest, LLC" as a subsidiary of 174 Power Global Retail Corporation.
The public version of the Jan. 28 did not include any explanatory note concerning the revision.

The entity "SummerEnergy Midwest, LLC" [sic] is now a subsidiary of 174 Power Global Retail Corporation, according to an org chart included in a regulatory filing made by Chariot Energy Northeast, LLC
It could not be immediately confirmed whether such styling of the company name as SummerEnergy Midwest, LLC is a typographical error, or if such reflects an intentional differentiation versus the existing retail supplier named Summer Energy Midwest, LLC, perhaps potentially as a vehicle to facilitate a potential future acquisition and roll-in of Summer Energy Midwest, LLC
As previously reported, Summer Energy Midwest, LLC's then-parent, Summer Energy Holdings, Inc., had said in its most recent 10-Q (covering the period ending Sept. 30, 2025) that Summer Energy Holdings, Inc. was actively pursuing a purchaser for the customers of Summer Midwest in the PJM market
To the extent 174 Power Global Retail Corporation has acquired Summer Energy Midwest, LLC, it could not be immediately confirmed if such potential acquisition by 174 Power Global Retail Corporation included retail customer contracts, or whether such contracts had been disposed of prior to the potential acquisition, with Summer Energy Midwest LLC merely holding certain remaining assets (retail licenses etc.)
