Potomac Edison reported to the Maryland PSC that, as of December 31, 2025, the cumulative Residential POR balance is in an over-recovered
position of $381,197.91.
Residential POR ended on December 31, 2025
Potomac Edison noted that the December 31, 2025 over-recovered position has
decreased from PE’s April 30, 2025, POR Update, which had showed an estimated over-recovered
position of $467,329.56 as of May 31, 2025
