Retail Supplier Reports Corporate Reorganization, Ownership Change

City Power & Gas, LLC reported in a regulatory filing as follows: "City Power underwent a corporate reorganization which resulted in an ownership change as follows: As of January 2, 2026 City Power is the wholy [sic] owned subsidary [sic] of CPG Power Holdings, LLC."
City Power & Gas states in a filing, "These changes have no effect on City Power’s customers, and all customer contracts remain in effect and will continue to be services as City Power."
City Power & Gas also reported updates to its officers
Dean (Dino) Jardin is now listed as Chief Executive Officer of City Power & Gas, as well as a managing member. According to public filings, Jardin prior to 2016 had been identified as President of City Power & Gas. A LinkedIn profile also identifies Jardin as Chairman of City Power & Gas
Previously, as of a Sept. 16, 2025 filing in New York, Michael Mitchell had been listed as CEO of the entity City Power & Gas at such time
