Texas PUC Staff Move For Default Order Against REP Onxy Electric Energy LLC
Texas PUC Staff moved for entry of a default order against Onxy Electric Energy LLC in the Texas PUC's proceeding addressing Staff's petition to revoke the Option 2 REP certificate of Onxy Electric Energy LLC. Staff alleged that Onxy Electric Energy LLC has not filed a response to the revocation petition and has not communicated in any other manner with Staff concerning such. Staff said that, "Staff has verified with ERCOT that Onxy has zero enrolled customers in ERCOT and has failed to complete the necessary steps to become a market participant with ERCOT." Staff has sought revocation of Onxy's REP certificate due to, among other alleged violations, alleged failure to file the required emergency operations plan(s) and alleged failure to file certain annual report(s).
