PJM To Seek Extension Of Current Capacity Market Price Collar

PJM's Board announced that PJM would, "seek an
extension of the current price collar for the 2028/2029 and 2029/2030 capacity auctions applied to the VRR Curve
parameters recently approved by the FERC following the Quadrennial Review."
A news release from the office of Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro described the price collar as a $325/MW-day circuit breaker on PJM’s capacity market
