One Of Retail Supplier's Entities Winding Down All Operations

The entity ENGIE Power & Gas, LLC (EPG, f/k/a Plymouth Rock Energy, LLC) is winding down all of its operations, EPG said in a regulatory filing
EPG disclosed in a regulatory filing that it, "is winding down all operations and as of January
31, 2026, has no retail customers in any market[.]"
Other ENGIE entities, such as ENGIE Resources, LLC, continue to hold various retail supplier licenses
However, ENGIE Resources, LLC did file to relinquish its eligibility as a New York natural gas ESCO, stating that ENGIE Resources, LLC does not serve any retail natural gas customers in the State of New York
