Broker Announces Acquisition

OnSite Partners, LLC, which describes itself as a behind-the-meter distributed energy company but which also holds broker licenses in several states and offers an advisory service, announced the acquisition of the business interests of Ohio-based industrial power company, One Power
"This acquisition of One Power Company advances OnSite Partners’ growth strategy by broadening its behind-the-meter generation portfolio and customer base, while strengthening its capabilities in energy infrastructure operations, maintenance, and construction," OnSite said

"The combination of Ohio-based distributed generation companies strengthens our ability to add value for our clients. Clients can expect continued operational reliability, an expansion of our energy as a service business, and additional opportunities to achieve client objectives through expanded resources and a full suite of energy solutions," Slisher stated
"The acquisition enhances OnSite Partners’ market-oriented energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients and adds substantial technical and construction expertise," OnSite said
OnSite is owned by funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners
Among other services, OnSite Partners develops, owns, and operates behind-the-meter power infrastructure across the U.S. "The operating portfolio includes over 90 operating projects and growing with over 250 MW of generation under long-term contracts with commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. The assets are diversified across solar, battery storage, peaking engines, substations, and fuel cells in 21 states," OnSite stated
