PECO Quarterly Price To Compare Increasing 27%
Under its standard PGC rate change procedure, PECO has filed updated quarterly prices to compare for default natural gas supply. PECO's PTC for Rates GR (General Service - Residential.) and CAP will be $6.7301 per Mcf, up 27% from $5.3143 per Mcf. PECO's PTC for Rate GC (General Service - C&I) will be $6.7106 per Mcf, up 27% from $5.2979 per Mcf
AEP Ohio Default Service Rate To Decrease By Over 7 mills/kWh
Under a standard quarterly adjustment, AEP Ohio has filed to update its bypassable Auction Cost Reconciliation Rider (ACRR) to be a credit of (0.43956)¢ per kWh effective Cycle 1 April 2026, a decrease of over 7 mills per kWh from the current charge of 0.27589¢ per kWh. AEP Ohio (Ohio Power) did not file to change the amount for bypassable Rider AER (Alternative Energy Rider) as a result of the quarterly calculation of the AER costs and revenues
Freedom Announces Launch Of Another CCA, Retail Supplier Named
The Town of Merrimack, NH and Freedom Energy Logistics (Freedom Energy) jointly announced, effective April 1, 2026, the start of an opt-out electricity aggregation for Merrimack residential and small business customers served by PSNH. First Point Power was selected as the retail supplier for the aggregation. The CCA will have a rate of $0.09699 per kWh through October 31, 2026. Freedom Energy noted that PSNH's small customer default service rate is $0.11303 per kWh, effective February 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026
