Vistra Reports Approximate Texas Retail Customer Count

Vistra reported in a 10-K for the year 2025 that it provides retail electricity to approximately 2.6 million customers in Texas.
This 2.6 million count is the same approximation uses in Vistra's 2024 10-K filed in early 2025
As reported yesterday, Vistra did report that for 2025 it organically grew residential customer counts in Texas
Overall, Vistra said in the newly filed 2025 10-K that Vistra serves approximately 5 million customers, which is the same approximation for the overall retail customer total that was reported in the 2024 10-K
Vistra did not provide a customer count approximation in its prior 10-Q for the period ending Sept. 30, 2025
