Update On House Passage Of Mass. Bill Allowing Cities, Towns To Ban Individual Residential Retail Electric Choice

Massachusetts bill H.5151, the bill allowing individual cities and towns to ban individual residential retail electric choice, has been renumbered as bill H.5175 as it was passed to engrossment by the House
