Axentra Energy Receives Texas Aggregator Certificate
The Texas PUC granted Axentra Energy LLC an electric aggregator certificate. Retail Supplier Entity Files To Relinquish Pennsylvania License
The entity Rhythm Retail, LLC filed to relinquish such entity's Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license, stating that the entity never began operations in Pennsylvania. Rhythm Energy, Inc. owns Inspire Energy Holdings, LLC which remains licensed as a retail electric supplier in Pennsylvania
Flip Energy, Inc. Submits Texas Broker Registration
Flip Energy, Inc. filed a new electric broker registration with the Texas PUC. This new registration follows Flip's recently reported registration withdrawal, with Flip stating that the, "withdrawal request was submitted in order to allow Flip Energy, Inc. to revise and resubmit its registration under an updated application structure." However, in both registrations the entity registering appears to be Flip Energy, Inc., with the same address and phone number, and with the change being in the individual serving as the contact for various contact person requirements. Flip Energy is a provider of tools to connect, control, and monetize energy storage, and describes itself as a turnkey solution to launch and scale VPP programs. As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, an affiliate of Flip Energy, called Distributed Power, LLC, recently applied for an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate. Distributed Power is a distinct entity from Flip Energy, Inc. [See more background on Flip and its VPP and related services here]
Various Affiliated Brokers Relinquish Duplicative Licenses Due To Brand Consolidation

Priority Power Management LLC recently consolidated Satori Enterprises LLC, Affordable Gas & Electric (AGE), Atlas Retail Energy, EnergyNext LLC, Energy Solutions USA LLC, and Zenith Energy into Priority Power Management LLC
