Retail Supplier Affiliate Registers As New York Broker
Ventus Ventures, LLC filed for registration as a New York energy broker, to serve small commercial and large C&I customers. In the registration, I2R Holdings, LLC is identified as a parent company or other corporate entity with an ownership interest of 10 percent or more of the registrant Ventus Ventures, LLC. I2R Holdings owns various other companies and vendors in the retail energy space, including retail supplier Eligo Energy. Notably, Ventus Ventures stated in the New York registration that Ventus would provide telemarketing services directly for one ESCO only, though Ventus did not specifically list such ESCO by name with respect to such statement of services (Ventus did generally list Eligo as an affiliate as part of the registration).
