Spark Energy Entity Seeks To Serve New Service Areas, Customer Classes (Including Residential)
Spark Energy Gas, LLC applied for an amended Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to serve additional customer classes and service areas. The specific entity Spark Energy Gas, LLC is currently authorized to serve large commercial (6,000 MCF or more annually), industrial, and governmental customers at Columbia Gas, PECO, and UGI Utilities. Spark Energy Gas sought to add the service areas of National Fuel Gas Distribution, Peoples Natural Gas Company-Peoples Natural Gas Division, Peoples Natural Gas Company-Peoples Gas Division, and Philadelphia Gas Works. Additionally, for all service areas, Spark Energy Gas, LLC sought to serve all customer classes, adding residential customers and small commercial customers (under 6,000 Mcf annually) to its existing authority
New Energy Consultants Receives Ohio Licenses
The PUC of Ohio granted New Energy Consultants, LLC, d/b/a Powerbound Consultants, electric and natural gas broker licenses. For electricity, New Energy Consultants, LLC received authority to serve residential and commercial customers in all service areas. For natural gas, New Energy Consultants, LLC received authority to serve residential, small commercial, and large commercial customers in all service areas.
