Texas Retail Energy (Walmart Self-Supplier) "Eliminate[s]" Staff, Will Transition To A New Third-Party Retailer

Texas Retail Energy, LLC, stated in an Ohio regulatory filing dated March 4 that, "Effective immediately, Texas Retail Energy has eliminated their staff and is
actively being managed by Frank Palladino's team in Walmart Energy until a transition to a new third-party
retailer has been finalized in the coming days."
A representative for Texas Retail Energy stated in the Ohio regulatory filing that, "Once a third-party retailer has been selected and contractually signed, I will notify the commission
with details as soon as possible."
It was not immediately clear if such stated transition to a new third-party
retailer would apply to all markets or only select markets
