Broker Acquires Energy Procurement, Bill Audit Consultant

Environ Energy announced the acquisition of Utility Rates Analysts (URA), a Pennsylvania-based firm specializing in utility bill auditing, billing error detection, and energy procurement services for commercial and industrial clients.
This marks Environ’s first acquisition of the year and its fifth in the past 12 months
"The number one question our clients ask is: 'Are our utility and tax bills accurate?'" said Chris Sternberg, CEO of Environ. "With the addition of URA, we can now confidently answer that question.
