In Maine, CBRE applied for an electric aggregator/broker license to serve Medium Non-Residential and Large Non-Residential customers at Central Maine Power and at both divisions of Versant Power
CBRE has broker licenses (for electric, gas, or both) in 6 states
CBRE said that it has pending applications, or will soon be seeking licenses, in the states below:
• Delaware (Electricity Broker)
• Massachusetts (Electricity Broker and Gas Retail Agent)
• Ohio (Electricity CRES and Natural Gas CRNGS) [Ed. note, the entity type broker is an entity under both CRES but CRNGS, but CBRE was not explicit as to the specific entity type in Ohio]
• Pennsylvania (Natural Gas Broker) [Ed. note, CBRE already has a Pa. electric broker license]
• Washington, D.C. (Electricity and Gas Broker)
• Virginia (Electricity and Natural Gas Broker)
