For Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) customers at Cleveland Electric Illuminating and Ohio Edison (both FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs), NOPEC’s Standard Program rate for the June 2026 to September 2026 meter read will be 9.999 cents per kWh, versus the current 8.9990 cents per kWh

At AEP Ohio, NOPEC’s Standard Program rate for the June 2026 to September 2026 meter read will be 9.999 cents per kWh, versus the current 9.3990 cents per kWh

For NOPEC's natural gas service, for Enbridge Gas Ohio (f/k/a Dominion Energy Ohio) customers, NOPEC’s Standard Program rate from the May 2026 meter read date until the August 2026 meter read date will be $4.59 per Mcf, versus the current $5.5900 per Mcf

For Columbia Gas customers, NOPEC’s Standard Program rate from the May 2026 meter read date until the August 2026 meter read date will be $0.619 per Ccf, versus the current $0.7190 per Ccf

All NOPEC rates are for its generally standard default plan applicable in most municipalities. Certain municipalities may have unique pricing such as those newly joining NOPEC or those selecting a different default plan

As previously reported, NOPEC also offers optional plans, such as a plan priced at a percent off the utility's price to compare, fixed rate options, and, for electricity, renewable options.

The NOPEC service is supplied by NextEra Energy Services Ohio, LLC

NOPEC recently announced a new 9-year supply agreement with NextEra Energy Services for natural gas and electricity supply

Cincinnati

Separately, Cincinnati's opt-out electric aggregation price for customers at Duke Energy Ohio will be 10.44¢ per kWh for the period, as described on the program's website, May 2026 to November 2026, with the product being 100% green, versus the current rate of 10.73¢ per kWh. The price will be variable after November 2026

Dynegy serves as the supplier for the Cincinnati electric aggregation
