Texas Broker Changes Legal Name, Also Adds Trade Name Energy Autopilot
Electricity Ratings, LLC has changed its legal name as registered with the Texas Secretary of State to be Lumanex LLC. Lumanex amended its Texas electric broker registration to reflect the change, and to add "Energy Autopilot" and the specific name "Texas Electricity Ratings" to the registration. Lumanex maintains on the broker registration the existing trade names TexasElectricityRates.com and UtilityRates.com. Lumanex has removed the trade name PowerChoiceTexas.org from its Texas broker registration
Start-up GridPointTX Registers As Texas Broker
GridPointTX LLC, a newly formed entity, registered as a Texas retail electric broker. William Seth Wieland serves as president of GridPointTX LLC and, as of publication time, is the only member of the LLC listed on Texas Secretary of State records
