Texas Retail Provider Requests Low-Income Customer List For FY2027, Triggering Availability

TXU Energy Retail Company LLC has formally requested from the Texas PUC the provision of the low-income customer identification service for the State fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2026 (FY2027).
The list is only produced in an upcoming fiscal year if at least one REP requests the list by July 31
TXU has informed the Texas PUC of TXU's commitment to contribute $23,333 on behalf of itself and REP affiliates toward the reimbursement of the Commission's costs to provide the low-income customer identification service
