PPL Reports No Parties Will Withdraw From Settlement Concerning EDI, Retail Supplier Tariff

PPL Electric reported to the Pennsylvania PUC that PPL Electric is authorized to represent that none of the parties to a PPL Electric rate case settlement, which was modified by the Pa. PUC in adoption, will be withdrawing from the settlement
As previously reported by ECM, the rate case settlement, among other things, addressed various changes to the supplier tariff, and excluded the following from being adopted: PPL Electric's originally proposed per-EDI transaction fee and PPL Electric's proposed new credit requirements for retail suppliers
With no party withdrawing from the settlement in response to the PUC's modification of the stipulation's terms, the settlement, as modified by the PUC's order, will become final
The PUC's modification of the settlement did not relate to any part of the retail supplier tariff
