PPL Electric Price To Compare Changing On July 1, Outside Of Standard 6-Month Cadence

PPL Electric is changing its price to compare on July 1 due to an updated transmission rate as well as a change in the merchant function charge resulting from the adjudication of PPL Electric's recent delivery rate case
As a result of both changes, the residential (RS) PPL price to compare on July 1 will be 13.079¢/kWh, versus the current 13.147¢/kWh
The small business (GS-1, GS-3) PPL price to compare on July 1 will be 12.748¢/kWh, versus the current 12.745¢/kWh
The new PTCs are to be in place through Nov. 30, 2026
