Chariot Energy Seeks License In New State

Chariot Energy Northeast, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas


Recently Formed Energy Deregulator LLC Seeks Broker License

Energy Deregulator LLC, a recently formed entity, applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license. Afzal Vahora serves as President of Energy Deregulator LLC, and has more than five years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in energy sales consulting involving both retail electricity and natural gas. Energy Deregulator in its application stated, "Applicant does not currently operate as an agent, broker, or consultant in any other jurisdiction in a manner similar to that contemplated under Section 16-115C of the Illinois Public Utilities Act."


National Energy Control Seeks New License

National Energy Control, LLC applied for an Ohio natural gas broker/aggregator license to serve Small Commercial, Large Commercial, and Industrial customers in all service areas. National Energy Control is already licensed as an electric broker in Ohio


NuEnergen Receives Illinois License

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted NuEnergen, LLC an electric agent, broker, and consultant license.


Fanfare Energy Receives Authority To Use Trade Name, Conduct In-Person Sales

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Fanfare Energy, LLC d/b/a Energywell the authority to use, under its alternative retail electric supplier license, the trade name Energywell, in serving all customer classes at ComEd and Ameren, and to conduct in-person sales. Fanfare Energy was previously granted an Illinois ARES license to serve all customer classes at ComEd and Ameren, but did not previously have authority to do so using the trade name Energywell or to conduct in-person sales
