Retail Supplier Reports New Ownership

Retail energy supplier Alist Energy LLC applied for FERC electricity market-based rate authority
In the FERC MBR application, Alist Energy LLC states that Alist Energy LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware.
According to Delaware Secretary of State records currently available online, there is only one entity named Alist Energy LLC organized in the State of Delaware, with such entity formed on July 30, 2018
The entity Alist Energy LLC formed on July 30, 2018 previously received eligibility as an ESCO in New York
In a newly filed application for FERC market-based rate authority, Alist Energy LLC states that Alist Energy LLC, "plans to sell electricity to wholesale and retail market participants."
In the FERC MBR application, Alist Energy LLC described its leadership and ownership as follows: "Amir Benisti is the president and managing member of the Applicant. The Applicant is wholly owned by 26 HoldCo, LLC ('26 HoldCo'). Mr. Benisti, Saul Horowitz and MDA Consulting LLC ('MDA') each own in excess of ten percent of 26 HoldCo. No other person or entity holds ownership in 26 HoldCo. Mr. Benisti, Mr. Horowitz and MDA also separately own in excess of ten percent of the voting securities (and serves as an officer and member) of Polaris Power Services LLC ('Polaris')."
Polaris Power Services LLC is a retail energy supplier which recently had its ESCO eligibility in New York revoked by the New York PSC (see story here)
MDA is owned equally by the following three individuals: Akiva Glatzer, David Gamzeh, and Ephram Lahasky
FERC MBR affiliate records show that Benisti's, Horowitz's, Glatzer's, Gamzeh's, and Lahasky's "relationship" with Alist Energy started only earlier in 2026
Alist Energy LLC's address as used in the FERC MBR application differs from the address used in Alist Energy LLC's January 2026 annual RAAF filing with the New York PSC
