Delmarva Power & Light in Delaware has filed with the Delaware PSC an updated bypassable transmission rate

Delmarva proposes to set the Transmission Service Charge to $5.952635 per kW-month, up from the current $5.782620 per kW-month

For a typical (average) residential customer with a peak load contribution (TPLC) of 2.91 kilowatts and 811 average monthly kilowatt-hours, the increase in the Transmission Service Charge would increase the total Transmission cost on a monthly bill by $0.49 per month
