Utility Files Update To Uncollectibles Rider Which Is Bypassable For Non-POR Customers

Duke Energy Ohio has filed updates to bypassable electricity Rider UE-GEN, which recovers uncollectibles related to generation supply, including competitive supply-related uncollectibles for purchase of receivables customers
Rider UE-GEN is bypassable only if the customer is not included in Duke's electricity POR program
Reconciling current balances under Rider UE-GEN, Duke has filed to set the residential UE-GEN at a credit of ($0.000704) per kWh, versus the current charge of $0.000897 per kWh
For non-residential customers, Duke has filed to set the non-residential Rider UE-GEN charge at $0.04 per bill, versus the current charge of $0.24 per bill
