Retail Supplier Receives Authority To Use Trade Name Ethical Energy Group
The Pennsylvania PUC granted nTherm, LLC an amended retail electric supplier license to use the trade name Ethical Energy Group. As first reported by ECM, retail supplier nTherm, LLC informed the Pennsylvania PUC that nTherm, LLC will conduct only retail electric and natural gas brokering activity under the trade name Ethical Energy Group, while nTherm, LLC will continue to conduct retail supplier activity under the name nTherm. nTherm had sought the same trade name amendment for its gas supplier license; the gas amendment has not been issued as of publication time

The PUC of Ohio granted US Energy Link LLC d/b/a US Prime Energy electric and natural gas broker licenses to serve all customer classes in all service areas
Spring Energy Files To Relinquish Maryland Licenses
Spring Energy RRH, LLC d/b/a Spring Power & Gas filed to relinquish its Maryland electric and natural gas supplier licenses. Spring currently has no active customers in Maryland, as all customers were returned to utility supply by April 2025
