Uri Fixed Rate Complaint Against Defunct Texas Retail Provider Dismissed

A 2021 complaint from a customer against Entrust Energy, a former Texas retail electric provider which underwent bankruptcy and ceased REP operations in the wake of 2021's winter storm Uri, has been formally dismissed without prejudice by the Texas PUC for lack of prosecution, with no substantive findings made concerning the alleged violations included in the complaint.
The complainant, AB Homes LLC, never filed any action in the complaint proceeding after the initial complaint was filed
The complaint had alleged violations of "fixed" rate protections by Entrust Energy post-Uri
