New York ESCO Seeks Continued Waiver To Serve APP Customers, Reports Savings

Zone One Energy LLC petitioned the New York PSC for a continued waiver to allow Zone One Energy to continue serving assistance program participant (APP) customers in New York.
Since an initial waiver allowing Zone One to serve APP customers was granted in 2017, Zone One Energy has provided aggregate savings to APP customers of over 2.63% versus the utility default supply rate.
