The Delaware PSC granted CBRE, Inc. an electric broker license to serve, "large and industrial commercial customers" [sic]. Based on CBRE's application and a PSC Staff recommendation, this language is understood to be a scrivener's error, and that CBRE was granted a license to serve large commercial customers and industrial customers
