Retail Supplier Acquiring Customer Book

Energy Electric Services are acquiring a book of retail energy customers from Spring Energy RRH,
LLC d/b/a Spring Power & Gas
The book being acquired by Major Energy, a unit of Via Renewables, includes electric customers in Pennsylvania and natural gas customers in New Jersey. It could not be immediately confirmed if the acquired book contains customers in any other market(s)
In a Pennsylvania filing, Spring Power & Gas stated that, "Spring intends to assign all of its [Pennsylvania] customers to Major Energy."
Major Energy will honor the assigned customers' current agreements in place with Spring,
and there will be no changes to the existing terms or conditions
Spring Power & Gas will maintain its Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license after the transfer of customers
