Texas Retail Provider Files To Serve As Voluntary POLR

TXU Energy Retail Company LLC has filed at the Texas PUC to serve as a volunteer provider of last resort (volunteer POLR, or VREP)
The specific customer classes and service areas, along with ESI ID limits, for which TXU seeks to serve as a volunteer POLR were filed under seal
TXU currently has status as a VREP for residential and small non-residential customers in all applicable service areas (LPL has its own separate POLR process), and for medium non-residential customers in all service areas except AEP Texas North.
