Utility Reports Update On Residential Purchase of Receivables Balance

Potomac Edison reported to the Maryland PSC that, as of June 30, 2026, the cumulative Residential POR balance is in an over-recovered
position of $372,385.53.
Residential POR has essentially ended in Maryland outside of any lingering cancels/rebills and similar
PE's reported residential POR over-recovered position has decreased from PE’s first POR
update filed on January 30, 2026, which showed an estimated over-recovered
position of $381,197.91 as of December 31, 2025
No action concerning the over-recovered residential POR balance is proposed at this time.
PE will provide a final update no later than January 29, 2027
