Pennsylvania PUC Issues Final Order Cancelling License Of Broker Entity Previously Acquired By Another ABC

The Pennsylvania PUC issued a final order cancelling the electric broker license of the specific entity Community Energy Advisors LLC for what the PUC said was failure to file proof of financial security in the form required from the PUC
Community Energy Advisors LLC was previously acquired by another entity, and such other entity currently holds and maintains a valid Pennsylvania electric broker license
The final order followed a May 21, 2026 Tentative Order
Two entities also included in the prior May 21, 2026 Tentative Order have demonstrated the required compliance and have maintained their license (see these entities maintaining their licenses here
