Ammper Power RES, LLC is ultimately a subsidiary of Ammper Energía, an international energy company. Ammper Power RES, LLC is affiliated with Ammper Power, LLC, an active retail electric provider in Texas which caters to non-residential customers (and which is also expanding to PJM)
"Ammper Power RES was formed to support Ammper's expansion into the residential
retail electricity market by operating as a residential Retail Electric Provider (REP) and Load
Serving Entity (LSE), supplying electricity and related retail energy services to residential
customers in Texas," the company stated in its Texas REP application
Ammper Power RES sought authority to collect customer deposits and prepayments.
