SunSea Says Recent Ohio Aggregator Applications Were Inadvertent
SunSea Energy OH, LLC said that a recent submission of aggregator applications (specifically government aggregator applications) to the PUC of Ohio were inadvertent. SunSea Energy OH, LLC stated in a letter to the PUC: "SunSea Energy OH, LLC ('SunSea') respectfully writes to inform the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio ('PUCO' or 'Commission') that while navigating the PUCO Community Portal, SunSea inadvertently submitted an application for an aggregator certificate. The submission was unintentional, and SunSea respectfully requests that the Commission disregard the filings and treat the applications as withdrawn. As the Commission is aware, SunSea currently maintains competitive retail electric service and competitive retail natural gas certificates in Case Nos. 19-1809-EL-CRS and 20-1268-GA-CRS, respectively. Sunsea’s renewal applications for these certificates are pending before the Commission."
