Recently Registering Texas Broker Previously Registered With SoS Assumed Name "Elevate NRG"

EOS Energy Corporation, an entity newly registered with the Texas Secretary of State on August 12, registered as a Texas retail electric broker on August 13.
EOS Energy Corporation is part of ElevateOS.
As listed in Texas Secretary of State records, EOS Energy Corporation is a distinct Texas filing entity at the SoS. At the Texas SoS, based on currently online records, EOS Energy Corporation was not filed as a renaming of another ElevateOS entity which had recently registered with the Texas Secretary of State and which had registered as a Texas broker on August 7; namely, Elevate Energy Corporation
However, the Texas Secretary of State records for both EOS Energy Corporation and Elevate Energy Corporation list the same FEIN
Also notable is that Elevate Energy Corporation, on August 10 and thus pre-dating the August 13 broker registration of EOS Energy Corporation, had filed with the Texas Secretary of State a filing to register the assumed name "Elevate NRG". The assumed name Elevate NRG has not been listed on either EOS Energy Corporation's or Elevate Energy Corporation's Texas broker registration as a trade name that would be used
