RBD Retail Power, LLC Withdraws Pennsylvania Application

RBD Retail Power, LLC withdrew its application for a Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license to serve large commercial (over 25 kW) and industrial customers in all service areas. RBD Retail Power had previously stated that RBD Retail Power would market, to retail customers, electricity production from its three affiliated power generation plants in Pennsylvania: Seward Generation, LLC; Ebensburg Power Company; and Colver Green Energy, LLC, which are part of the Robindale companies. An existing Robindale company, Robindale Retail Power Services, LLC, is already licensed as a retail electric supplier in Pennsylvania.

Fanfare Files To Use Energywell Name In Pennsylvania

Fanfare Energy, LLC applied for an amendment to its Pennsylvania retail electric supplier license to use the trade name Energywell in Pennsylvania, as Fanfare has done in other states. Fanfare Energy, LLC, d/b/a Energywell, does not currently have any customers in Pennsylvania. Fanfare desires to commence operations as an electric generation supplier in Pennsylvania under the Energywell brand name in the near future.
