The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
The Illinois Commerce Commission under an agreed order issued a fine of $3,750 to Clearview
Electric Inc. for Clearview's alleged failure to file a 2024 Annual Company Call Center Information Report.
Clearview denies the allegations alleged by ICC Staff concerning the alleged failure to file the report, but agreed to pay 50% of an original $7,500 penalty that had been proposed by Staff.
As stated in an agreed draft order, "Clearview has filed all delinquent annual and quarterly reports at issue in
this proceeding and is now in compliance with its reporting requirements for
the period in question."
