The Illinois Commerce Commission granted TLG Commodities LLC an alternative retail electric supplier license to serve non-residential customers with at least 1 MW of demand at Commonwealth Edison, Ameren, MidAmerican Energy Company, and Mt. Carmel

Tem, U.K. AI-Powered Retail Energy Company, Formally Seeks Texas Retail Provider Certificate
Tem-Energy Inc formally applied for a Texas retail electric provider certificate as an Option 1 REP. Tem is an "AI-powered" retail energy company in the United Kingdom focused on non-residential customers which connects non-residential customers directly with renewable energy generators through its RED platform. Tem's expansion to Texas as a REP was previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com (see full background here). Tem-Energy did not apply for authorization to collect customer deposits or prepayments in Texas
Sunrun Seeks Texas Aggregator Certificate
Sunrun Inc. applied for a Texas electric aggregator certificate as a Class I aggregator to serve residential customers. Sunrun is already registered as a Texas electric broker
Energy Fairies Receives Illinois License
The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Energy Fairies LLC an electric agent, broker, and consultant license. As previously reported, Robert Palmese serves as CEO of Energy Fairies LLC. Robert Palmese is among the owners of retail supplier Palmco Power (Indra Energy).
