Energy Procurement Manager Announces Departures of CFO As Well As EVP

Ameresco, Inc. announced that, effective September 25, 2026, Mark Chiplock has resigned as Chief Financial Officer to accept a CFO position at a private equity-owned company in a different industry.
Chiplock's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on matters relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
Chiplock will continue to serve as CFO through September 25, 2026, and will support an orderly transition of his responsibilities, Ameresco said
Ameresco has begun a search to identify its next Chief Financial Officer
Ameresco stated, "Ameresco is pleased to reiterate its guidance for full year 2026 revenue of $2.0 billion to $2.2 billion, Adjusted EBITDA of $250 million to $270 million, and Non-GAAP EPS of $1.15 to $1.35."
Ameresco also said in an 8-K that, on August 17, 2026, David J. Corrsin, 68, resigned from his position as a Class II director of the Company, effective immediately, in connection with retiring from the position as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, also effective August 17, 2026. Following his retirement, Corrsin will continue to serve as the Company's Special Legal Advisor.
Corrsin’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
