Luxor Technology Includes Retail Energy Service In Launching "Full-Stack AI Infrastructure Business"

Luxor Technology, a Bitcoin mining software and services platform, today announced Luxor AI, a new business segment serving the AI and high-performance computing market.
Through the new offering, Luxor extends the energy, hardware, software, compute trading, and data stack that Luxor built for Bitcoin mining into the AI infrastructure market
Luxor said, "Luxor AI spans the full lifecycle of an AI data center: supplying the energy to power the data center, sourcing GPUs and AI hardware, monetizing spot compute, trading compute offtake contracts, agentic cloud through Tenki Cloud, and a data and research division."
With regards to energy, Luxor said that Luxor Energy, through its Texas Retail Electric Provider (REP) license (background here), supplies power to data centers. Through the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE), Luxor sends signals to data centers to respond to grid programs and participate in demand response and ancillary services programs. Luxor Energy operates in ERCOT and SPP.
Luxor Energy currently services over 75 MW of load.
